This is just a rough sample to show you how this works.  You'll note that
the subject has the mailing list name in [] at the beginning (I didn't put
it there when sending this, it does it automatically).  You should also note
that the return address is to me directly if you hit reply.  That way if
someone wants more information, they can hit reply and get to a real person
and not try to post to the list.  Last of all, there is a footer that was
also automatically appended to this note with the information on the list,
how to unsubscribe, etc.
